Our personal tax department has recently been joined by Rachel Keenan and we are sure you will all join us in saying WELCOME RACHEL!! Rachel has joined us after achieving very well in her A-levels and she is now looking forward to taking her personal tax exams once she has settled in with us.

The nominations were made and votes were cast and we are pleased to announce that the firm’s chosen charity of the year is WellChild, the national charity for sick children. WellChild help sick children and their families throughout the UK deal with the consequences of serious illness and complex conditions. Their mission is to reach as many children and young people as they can year after year. Matt Newman in our accounts department will champion this year’s charity, so well done to Matt!

The firm are once again proudly sponsoring Gloucester Rugby Club for the 2011/12 season.

We take pride in supporting our local team and we wish them good luck for the coming matches.

We are currently nominating and casting votes to decide our charity of the year for 2012.

Over the year, the firm has raised an impressive £2,600 by taking part in dress down days, raffles and a sponsored skydive bravely achieved by Dawn Stoodley and Nikki Arnot.

We wish Maggies best wishes for the future.

Danielle Stefaniak from our personal tax department has sadly left the firm as she has emigrated to America to live with her fiancé.

We wish her all the best for her future in the USA and we have enjoyed having her as part of the team over the past 3 years.

We proudly took part in the ‘Wear it Pink’ Breast Cancer Campaign once again this year and raised a total of £88.00.

The prize for the best ‘pink’ dressed went to Dawn and Bev from our payroll department. Well done girls!

I am sure you will all join us in saying MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to Dawn Stoodley and Nikki Arnot of Pitt Godden & Taylor for achieving their skydive in aide of the firm’s charity of the year; Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres.

There were understandably some nerves on board beforehand, but the girls remained brave and after 3 they jumped!
